Roger Fox

Roger handles the listing and marketing of new and existing residential homes in Indian River County and the surrounding areas, drawing on more than 40 years as a broker in the South Florida real estate market.

He received his broker’s license in 1975 after graduating from Drake College and has spent his entire professional career in real estate. His accomplishments span every level of sales, management, and the marketing of residential properties at all price points.

Roger maintains strong affiliations with banks, title insurance professionals, law offices, and the wider brokerage community — the relationships that quietly determine whether a complicated closing happens on time. He believes that understanding the process is paramount for buyers and sellers alike.
