Kara Poydenis

Kara spent ten years in the entertainment industry in both Los Angeles and New York. Working in production in LA, she scouted locations for a range of projects; in New York she served as Senior Manager of content acquisitions and marketing for the top cable providers.

She returned to Vero to focus exclusively on real estate, as part of a fourth-generation real estate family. From development to investment, in Florida and the northeast, Kara grew up exposed to every facet of the business. Having moved to Vero Beach from Greenwich, Connecticut during lower school, she has first-hand knowledge of the Vero Beach lifestyle while maintaining ties to other parts of the country that provide far-reaching contacts and influence.

Kara loves the challenge of finding the right home for the right person, and she also focuses on solid real estate investments, commercial properties, and land for development, continuing her family legacy. The combination of those disciplines shapes her view that buying a home isn’t only about finding a place you love — it is about buying a sound investment for your future.
