I had one of the best experiences house hunting with Sally Daley.
One of the most important things she did was to sell me on the area of Vero Beach. She showed me how I could live here by pointing out where I would shop for clothes, the best restaurants, great places for sandwiches and ice cream, where the malls were, where to get a cappuccino, options for groceries and which ones were better for my needs. She pointed out the hospital, certain medical centers and how they were so close to my new home.
Rather than simply showing me homes, she incorporated a lifestyle. She listened to what was important to me and found options that made sense. The theatre, the museum, the dog park are all very important and Sally made sure I was aware of them.
The path for living here was clear to me. This was critical, as I was moving here from Los Angeles and knew nothing about Vero Beach.
Sally was extremely thorough showing me homes within my budget and property parameters. She also has great knowledge about the city of Vero, so I'd get the intel on neighborhoods and communities that aren't on the listing's page.
She also helped greatly with the closing, being my representative in
certain key steps of the process that I was not able to attend.
When I finally moved in and became a new resident to Florida, I did so with a lot of information that would have taken months to have amassed.
